It has typical yellowing of the outside plastic case.
However the printer prints great. See test print below.
This receipt printer is a true work horse.

All you need is a ribbon and single-ply receipt paper.

 If you want to use as journal printer you'll need a
take-up spool which is not included. The printer does have the journal drive motor option included as shown below and does work.
