1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
• NMJL Rules Cards or other Mah Jongg Rules Cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Sale items (if marked as final sale) are non-refundable

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days] of return approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within [5 days] of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will offer a refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges
